Schuyler's
Story

Picture
The last time Schuyler was paddling on a river was in 2016 at age 22 when a boulder fell on her and crushed her skull and body.

Her motor skills may be diminished but not her spirit.

Please join us and paddle a short 1.25 mile trip from the Lake Shipp Boat Ramp in Winter Haven to The Twisted Prop where you can buy and enjoy lunch as you listen to Schuyler's incredible story and amazing platform for disabilities and then we will return to the launch site.

This is a fundraising paddle to help Schuyler Arakawa get to the Ms. Wheelchair America contest and then to provide the StirringWaters Adaptive Water Ski Clinic in which Schuyler and other Ms. Wheelchair Florida contestants will be participating.
